Herzensgeschenk

Wenn eine nahestehende Person trauert, sich zurückzieht und leidet, hat das Umfeld meistens das Bedürfnis irgendwie zu helfen, um den Schmerz zu lindern. Nur was kann dabei überhaupt helfen? Jede Träne muss selbst geweint, jedes Gefühl selbst gefühlt, jeder Zweifel, jede Frage, jeder Gedanke und jede Erinnerung muss selbst durchdacht und ausgesprochen werden. Nur so wird die Trauer bewusst durchlebt und nach und nach kann Heilung geschehen. Irgendwann… 

Heute möchte ich mein Herzensgeschenk vorstellen und freue mich über Deine Meinung, Fragen oder eigene Erfahrungen dazu.

Wie können Trauernde unterstützt werden?

Oft fallen, vor allem in der Anfangszeit nach einem Verlust, alltägliche Dinge besonders schwer. Deshalb kann es eine Unterstützung sein, wenn beispielsweise für die/den Trauernden mitgekocht, eingekauft, mit den Kindern auf den Spielplatz oder mit dem Hund spazieren gegangen wird. Alles Situationen, die in der akuten Trauerphase manchmal kaum zu bewältigen sind. Natürlich kann auch das Gegenteil der Fall sein und Trauernde stürzen sich gleich wieder in die Arbeit und den «normalen» Alltag, um sich vor den Emotionen zu schützen, die unweigerlich irgendwann kommen. Auch das ist für eine gewisse Zeit in Ordnung. Umso wichtiger ist es, dass dann noch jemand für sie da ist, wenn die Trauer unerwartet doch noch (oder wieder) mit allen Gefühlen und dem Schmerz ans Tageslicht kommt.

Häufig erleben Menschen in Trauer bis zur Beerdigung oder kurz danach sehr viel helfende Hände, offene Ohren und Schultern zum Anlehnen. Mit der Zeit werden diese Stützen jedoch weniger und die Welt dreht sich weiter. Zumindest für die anderen. Kommt dann nach Monaten oder Jahren doch nochmals ein Tief oder gar ein Zusammenbruch, fehlt es manchmal an Verständnis. Und genau dann wären die genannten Hilfsangebote, das Da-Sein und aktives, wirkliches Zuhören, so wertvoll. An diesem Punkt wird häufig nach Austausch mit anderen Betroffenen oder nach einer Trauerbegleitung, psychologischen Betreuung oder ähnlichem gesucht. Weil Hemmungen bestehen, das Umfeld mit der Trauer zu belasten oder gar zu nerven. Weil es doch jetzt «schon so lange» her ist.

Nicht selten fehlt dabei die Kraft, das Internet nach geeigneten Kontaktadressen zu durchsuchen oder irgendetwas selbst in die Wege zu leiten. Ich war so dankbar, als die Seelsorgerin vom Spital für mich mit der Selbsthilfegruppe vom Verein Regenbogen (www.verein-regenbogen.ch) Kontakt aufnahm oder meine Hebamme mir eine Einzelrückbildung nach meiner stillen Geburt organisierte. Manchmal braucht es einen Engel, der einen an die Hand nimmt…

Und hiermit komme ich zu einem Herzensgeschenk, dass ich ab sofort anbiete:

Gutscheine für eine Trauerbegleitung 

Ein Herzensgeschenk für alle Trauernden, die froh wären, in ihrem Trauerprozess eine wertschätzende und einfühlsame Trauerbegleiterin an ihrer Seite zu haben. Es kann entweder ein gewisser Betrag für eine Begleitung bei mir übernommen werden oder eine bzw. mehrere Sitzungen (zeitlich unbegrenzt) verschenkt werden. Vielleicht auch eine schöne Idee als Gemeinschafts-Geschenk vom Freundeskreis oder der Familie? Die trauernde Person hat die Möglichkeit, sich auf meiner Homepage über mich und mein Angebot zu informieren oder durch ein Telefonat mit mir ein Gefühl zu bekommen, ob ich die richtige Wegbegleiterin sein könnte. Es soll durch dieses Herzensgeschenk auf keinen Fall der Druck entstehen, die Trauerbegleitung in Anspruch nehmen zu müssen, weil der Schenkende ja «so viel» Geld dafür bezahlt hat.

Mir ist es wichtig, dass es eine Herzensentscheidung ist, die sich richtig anfühlt. Deshalb stelle ich den Gutschein nur dann in Rechnung, wenn die Begleitung in Anspruch genommen wurde.

Für wen und wann ist eine Trauerbegleitung sinnvoll?

Eine Trauerbegleitung ist für alle Trauernden gedacht, die sich Unterstützung im Trauerprozess wünschen. Egal, ob…

• Eltern, Grosseltern, Geschwister, Partner, Gotti, Götti, Freunde und sonstige Angehörige der Verstorbenen

• direkt nach der Todesnachricht oder nach Erhalt der lebensbedrohlichen Diagnose (also noch im absoluten Schockzustand)
• beim Überbringen der Todesnachricht/Diagnose an Kinder oder sonstige nahestehende Personen
• vor/während/nach der Geburt eines verstorbenen Babys
• vor/während/nach einem Schwangerschaftsabbruch
• vor der Beerdigung/Abschiedszeremonie (als Unterstützung in der Planung, Organisation oder auch als Begleitung beim Abschied nehmen und nochmals Sehen der verstorbenen Person)
• bei oder nach der Beerdigung/Abschiedszeremonie (häufig folgt nach dem Organisatorischem der Zusammenbruch)
• als Unterstützung, um den Ort des Sterbens (z. B. Unfallort, Spital) zu besuchen
• Wochen, Monate oder Jahre später

Wie läuft eine Trauerbegleitung ab?

Meine Trauerbegleitungen sind sehr individuell, flexibel, kreativ und intuitiv. Es gibt also keinen Ablauf nach Schema F. Häufig geht es vor allem darum, dass die Trauernden Raum bekommen, um ihre Geschichte erzählen zu dürfen. Detailliert, hemmungslos und mit allen Emotionen, die gerade kommen.

Hört sich nach nichts Besonderem an? Genau das ist es jedoch für die meisten meiner Klienten. Weil Trauer ein gesellschaftliches Tabu ist und die Familie, der Partner/die Partnerin und Freunde mit diesem unendlichen Schmerz, der Traurigkeit, den Tränen, der Schweigsamkeit, der Hilflosigkeit und den extremen Gefühlen oft schlichtweg überfordert sind. Nur zu gern würden sie ihnen die Trauer abnehmen und irgendwie helfen, damit sie bald wieder in den Alltag zurückfinden. Nur ist das eben nicht so einfach und bis die ersten Lichtblicke kommen, braucht es Zeit, Geduld, ein bewusstes Auseinandersetzen mit der Trauer, enorme Kraft, ein Zu-sich-Finden und manchmal Unterstützung von aussen, um diesen Schicksalsschlag zu begreifen, einzuordnen, anzunehmen und damit weiterzuleben.

Mögliche Bestandteile einer Trauerbegleitung bei kraftplatz:

• Aromatherapie mit Ölen von doterra (z. B. bei Schlafproblemen, zur Unterstützung des bewussten Trauerns, um Erinnerungen an die Verstorbenen zu wecken, zur Stimmungsaufhellung)
• Fantasiereisen/Meditationen (um der verstorbenen Person nahe zu sein, die Trauer bewusst zuzulassen, zur Entspannung usw.)
• Erstellen eines Notfall-Sets für akute Trauermomente im Alltag (z. B. Gegenstände, Anker, Düfte, Fotos)
• Körperübungen, um sich zu erden, zu spüren und Blockaden zu lösen
• Rituale (z. B. Vergebungs-, Dankbarkeits-, Abschiedsritual)
• Bestandesaufnahme (Wo befinde ich mich momentan auf meinem Trauerweg?)
• Übungen zur Selbstfindung (Wer bin ich ohne die verstorbene Person? Wo soll mein Weg hingehen?)

Diese Liste ist nicht abschliessend und jede Begleitung verläuft anders. Auch zeitlich gibt es hier grosse Unterschiede. Manchmal genügt ein «klärendes» Gespräch, um sich alles von der Seele zu reden, Denkanstösse, Ideen für die Alltagsbewältigung oder auch weiterführende Kontaktadressen zu bekommen. Manche Menschen begleite ich aber auch über mehrere Monate in ihrem Prozess. Nicht nur in der Trauer, sondern auch in anderen Lebensthemen, die in der bewussten Auseinandersetzung mit sich, seinem Leben und der Trauer «plötzlich» auftreten können. Hierbei ist es mir wichtig, dass ich lediglich eine Begleiterin bin und nie den Weg vorgebe oder DIE eine Lösung parat habe. Ich helfe, die eigenen Bedürfnisse wahrzunehmen, zu verstehen und in seine innere Kraft zu kommen. Durch das Vertrauen in sich selbst, entsteht so ein ganz einzigartiger, “gesunder” Trauer- oder Lebensprozess.  

Ich hoffe, dass ich mit meinem heutigen Beitrag ein paar Ideen und Anregungen geben konnte, wie Du einem lieben Menschen, in der womöglich schwersten Zeit seines Lebens, etwas Gutes tun kannst. So individuell der Umgang mit einem Schicksalsschlag ist, so unterschiedlich sind auch die Bedürfnisse von Trauernden. Deshalb kann es vorkommen, dass ein von Herzen kommendes Geschenk oder ein gut gemeintes Angebot auf Ablehnung stösst. Nimm es Deinem Gegenüber nicht übel, sondern sei weiterhin «einfach» da.

Ich diesem Sinne wünsche ich allen Trauernden bereichernde Herzensgeschenke und Gesten des Mitgefühls. Gleichzeitig hoffe ich, dass viele Angehörige und Freunde den Mut aufbringen, um mit offenem Herzen auf trauernde Personen zuzugehen und so für sie dazu sein, wie sie es brauchen.
